TUSC365 FALL TOURNAMENT 2026:

DETAILS AND REGISTRATION!

  • DATE: Saturday, November 14th

  • TIMES: 9:00am-8:00pm

    • Elementary School Teams: 9:00am-12:00pm

    • Middle School Teams: 9:00am-2:00pm

    • High School Teams: 2:00pm-8:00pm (with games under the lights!)

  • LOCATION: East Metro Park: 9080 Burleson Manor Road, Manor Tx, 78653

  • WHO:

    • Flexible Team Arrangements: Register as an individual, in a pair or small group, or assemble a full roster. See more information below!

    • High School Players [Grades 9-12]

    • Middle School Players [Grades 5-8]

    • Elementary School Players [Grades 2-5] 

      • The elementary division will include some round-robin games between our elementary-based teams and clinic-style skills, drills, and fun!

    • All genders, all abilities, all experience levels welcome

  • WHAT MAKES THIS EVENT SPECIAL?

    • 5v5 Format: LOTS of playing time and touches on the disc, and no pressure to bring your “full” school roster.

    • Flexible Team Arrangements! This gives players a chance to sign up with their school teammates, with friends from other schools, with YCC buddies, with a friend who’s never played before, or on their own to connect with new people! Options include…

      • Sign up individually and be matched with the best team for you

      • Sign up with a buddy to ensure that you’ll be placed on a team together

      • Sign up as a “pod” — i.e. a small group of your friends and/or teammates (groups of 3-7 players recommended)

      • Sign up as a complete team from your school, club team, or any other combination! (teams of 8-10 players recommended)

        • Note that teams of more than 12 will likely be divided into multiple rosters for maximum playing time, but that these players will still be kept together with other requested teammates.

      • Experienced all-star coaches assigned to every team OR bring your own coach!

    • Staggered Schedule: All teams will play in the same location on the same day, and some High School, Middle School, and Elementary School games will happen at the same time. However, we’ve built a staggered schedule to maximize our field space, and give players the opportunity to watch and cheer for players in other age groups and divisions. Recruit and mentor younger players for your teams, support rising ultimate athletes, and meet and learn from the older players!

    • Recruit friends to sign up with you to help grow interest at your school – we’ll adjust coaching to meet the needs of every player and team.

    • Get the tournament experience: multiple games, “bye” rounds, planned tournament structure and posted results, time to watch your friends and teammates compete. This will be a round-robin tournament format, with teams separated into pools and finishing with bracket rounds.

    • Fun Fall Season Elements — i.e. “White Elephant” Spirit Circles, costumes, prizes, etc.

    • Game footage for the High School Division, shot and edited by players from Texas TUFF, for review and analysis.

      • $45 Accessibility Price [High School & Middle School Tournament Participants]

        • This price is intended to make our event accessible for all players, regardless of financial circumstances. Contact tusculti@gmail.com to inquire about full scholarships.

      • $75 Standard Price [High School & Middle School Tournament Participants]

        • This price ensures that we can cover the costs of running our event, including field reservations, insurance, supplies, and paying our coaches and athletic trainers.

      • $105 Pay It Forward Price [High School & Middle School Tournament Participants]

        • Paying this price directly supports another player participating at the Accessibility Rate or on a full scholarship, and to receive the same accountable, high-quality youth ultimate experience.

      • Elementary School Round Robin & Clinic: $45

All players will register ON THEIR OWN for this event, so these prices reflect individual player payments.

TUSC’s Sliding Scale has a policy of no judgement and no questions asked. No proof or justification is required for you to select the price that fits your budget. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can play, and that everyone receives the same consistent, high-quality, accountable ultimate experience regardless of financial circumstances.
